Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss the stew meat with the gluten-free flour until the meat is fully coated.
